The board in the shop is the final word, but this is what we make when the ovens are going.
Plan ahead
What sells out first, and when
- Sunday sticky bunsUsually gone by 9am.
- Cardamom knotsOften gone by 9:30am on Saturday and Sunday.
- Cardamom braidFriday and Saturday, usually gone by 10am.
- Country sourdoughOn Saturdays, usually gone by 11am.
- Ham and Swiss croissantUsually gone by noon.
Call by 4pm the day before and we will hold loaves or a dozen pastries until noon.

- Thursday One gluten-free loaf, $11, about 12 made
- Friday & Saturday Cardamom braid, $10, usually gone by 10am
- Sunday Sticky buns, $4.75, usually gone by 9am
